Yes, it seems I've coinced a new word (here). The successes just keep piling in for our little TIWWWB.

Reputzi:

(start with) Republican (i.e. (R))
(change to) Repuggie (because they repugnant)(I think this why?)
+ putz (because they putzes)
+ Nazi (for, good measure)

Oh yes, and some have asked about dhinger. Yes, not to be modest, but I did coin that, as well, apparently.

(start with) rightwinger (no explanation need)
(change to) wing-dinger (EXTREAMLY CLEVER left wing put-down version)
+ whinger (This, British term I think. Means whiner. Not sure pronounce?)
(get) whinger-dhinger
