Why America act like terrorist PR manager?

at answers.yahoo.com here
russian ambition asks:

They always calling terrorists who destabilize unfriendly countries as "rebels" or "separatists".

They never call them terrorists.

But, with the legitimate armed resistance of Lebanon, Somalia, Iraq, and Palestine they are calling them terrorists.

I am Orthodox Christian, by the way.

Not Muslim

I'm scratching my head trying to come up with an answer. I think it's either Neocons or Oil.

UPDATE: combussington says "Umm, I don't know. Maybe they think that Hezbollah, members of the Islamic Courts Union, suicide bombers, and molotov cocktail-throwing protesters act kind of like terrorists."

The point is, however, they only (as he noted) "act kind of like terrorists" and not just act like terrorists (nuance). Besides, it still doesn't explain why America act like terrorist PR manager.

'cartman' sounds like a wrong answer.
